Common practice here, since the govt know Thais - they'll never accept a stupid law that bans fun. I share a beer with the local cops at my cafe by Khlong Saen Saep - at 3.00 PM most days. Illegal! They tell me, This stupid law is about 50 yrs old, so we don't bother with it. Another reason I like the Thais. Pleasure before rules. I reckon this sign will disappear.
