akirasan 2,307
Can I apply for a new Non-O multi visa a couple of weeks before my current Non-O visa expires?
elviajero 7,710
You should be able to, but they will almost certainly cancel the existing visa before issuing a new one.
akirasan 2,307
Thanks Elviajero, I don't mind losing a couple of weeks. The dates where I have to do a visa run and my current visa expiring don't match up by around 2 weeks.
elviajero 7,710
In case you're not aware. If you are the spouse or parent of a Thai you can extend your 90 day stay by 60 days at immigration for 1,900 baht. That will give you another couple of months before needing a new visa. overherebc 18,681
You could do an out/in a couple of days before the enter/use by date and get another 90 days. After that you can still get the 60 days for 1900 baht as EVJ posted. The 90 would give you time to suss out what your local Imm' office asks for in paperwork for it. They're not all the same.
