But not enough room for grifter dipping. Then the idea got shifted to an endless stream of sand-carrying trucks with dubious drivers and even more dubious safety records (if at all) on those self-same trucks? Secondly, Chang, which for most people is synonymous with beer, cannot be drunk or sold on the beach! Or are we purely talking of their soda water product?
