thaigerd Posted January 11, 2007 Share Posted January 11, 2007 Made 2 plum cakes and 2 raisin breads this evening. This kind of plum cake is a bit German/Austrian style, sorry. Plum cake is baked on a yeast dough base: Recipe: flour, 500g sugar, 125g butter, 125g yeast, 25g milk, 250ml egg yolk, 5 a bit salt some lemon peelings(yellow ones) Plums are marinated in sugar and cinnamon Crumbles on top: butter, 125 sugar, 125g flour, 250g a bit vanilla When I found out that I've made to much dough I mixed some raisins into the left over dough and made 2 raisin breads out of it, voila: [attac ment=21937:IMG_1071.jpg] Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
