The cover will cut the paper in the exact shape. Do the same for the inside. The 'ball' part of the hammer placed over the holes and tapped with another hammer marks the placement. Hole punch does the rest That's a great tip when you cannot source gaskets parts for your bike in Thailand, l more or less make gaskets the same. The nearest Honda big bike place to me won't order stuff from Japan or even get Honda head office Bkk to order stuff for my bike because there's no stock parts in Thailand for it. The rear wheel hub cushions ain't cheap either mine were compressed letting rear sprocket hub move so made them extra tight with the old trick using a punctured inner tube from my scoot. ????

Popular Post Kwasaki
With new tyres time for a gamble test ride of a 45 miles ???? speedo is MPH has KPH in red but hard to see. After some 3 months she behaved great, tracked good and handled bumps well. Front brake has to be pumped as old hoses are knackered. Accelerates so quick to 125 mph. Having parked up at one of my pubs near home switched off and as luck would have it, the ignition switch would not switch back on again, good timing. Rather than hot wire got pushed home will sort next day.

Popular Post JonnyF
I hadn't done anything to my bikes for a while and the MT-09 stock exhaust is a bit boring so I decided to get a Devil Evolution full system put on it. Went with the titanium as I preferred the look over the carbon option. First thing I noticed when I rode away was the power gain. I wasn't expecting too much but B mode suddenly felt more like A mode, I'd guess 5HP gain? Sounds great as well, I still have the baffle in so it's not too loud but it has a lovely deeper angrier note, still has that triple whistle and a lovely little burble on Decel. I'll try without the baffle at the weekend but I'm worried the lack of back pressure will affect the gains, let's see anyway. Very pleased with it so far, apologies for the disgusting state of my swingarm and rear wheel, been a bit busy ????
Popular Post Kwasaki
As I expected and knew already ignition was dodgy and would be a problem, vibration from the first real ride test sorted that 25 year old ignition switch out. So 30 amp breaker switch 70 bht will solve the problem until I sort a new key ignition. ???? The 130 - 16 front tyre is great forgot how quickly it can turn the bike in on corners especially tight corners. No prisoners no passenger this is a one man bullet bike. ???? On the few occasions the the bike has surfaced always being asked what c.c. all the time, my 50 baht stickers have solve that. I'm after some braided front brake hoses in Thailand surely someone in Thailand makes em. Searches always from outside and postage costs are stupid, anyone on this forum can help thanks. I can pull wheelies with the wife on board without hardly any revs. Might be safer of she sat in the basket out front and admired the view but then where would the booze go ?
