hlm
Sorry if this has already been asked, couldn't find it....I have Non Imm B visa (from Thai Embassy in the US) through my own company, inviting myself (and husband) to work. Once in Thailand we realized company can only give one work permit (for husband--he's staying longer). Anyone know what to expect--When I go out after 90 days, will I still get 90 more on return even if there's no work permit in process? I hear rumors they will only give me 30 day voa. Thanks. lopburi3
If you had a single entry visa it has been used. You will receive a 30 day visa exempt stamp if using a US passport. You might want to obtain a tourist visa at a Consulate and return with a 60 days stay that can be extended 30 days if you plan to visit longer. I trust you are not illegally working. If you have a multi entry visa you can come and go as long as visa is valid.

lopburi3
In that case you will receive the normal 90 day entry that a non immigrant visa provides on each entry.
