jkthai
I am going to be applying for a retirement visa in the next few weeks , I was intending being based in serviced apartments initially , until I finally decide on a permanent location , is there a need to prove a longer term of residency to immigration to get a retirement visa TIA
ubonjoe
If you can prove a planned long term stay (not overnight) it will be accepted when you apply for the extension of stay based upon retirement (it is not a visa). Same if you are going to a apply for a 90 day non immigrant visa (category O) entry needed to apply for the extension at immigration.
