Or look a couple of posts above for a direct link. The best, however, if you're really serious is: https://www.cordonbleu.edu/thailand/professional-thai-cuisine/en A snip at a mere 461,000 baht. Too easy and as you say ....free. Much better than paying a school to teach you as they will only show you their way.
j0hnga1t
If you want hands on lessons in BKK, go checkout UFM..www.ufmeducation.com. I just learnt so make Nam Tod, Sai Ou and Moo Ping. You can take private lessons (very affordable) and learn what i want. They teach in English. If you like street food, you can also ask if they can teach you how to make what you like to eat. I was on one trip and I found a deep fried puff with pork floss/curry filling, they were able to teach me. I’ve taken a class at blue elephant. Too fancy and expensive for cooking classes. Wandee Thai cooking school offers chef courses. You can get certified to cook Thai food. Lots of choices. I go to UFM everytime I visit Bangkok.
