Police investigating the affairs of Victoria Secret Massage parlor and others in the same group are using environmental laws to go after the establishments as investigations continue into the possibility of involvement in human trafficking.

Ten massage parlors have been closed since January 15th.

But now five of the establishments including Victoria Secret, Copacabana, Long Beach and Embassy will be searched before Saturday after warrants were issued citing infringement of environmental laws, building regulations and public health.

Deputy police commissioner Siwara Rangsiphrammanakul said at a meeting yesterday that the five sites would be checked out by the weekend.

The name on the registration documents of all five is the same - Sasithorn Wirathepsuporn, the wife of a husband and wife team who run the parlors.

Meanwhile, police continue to investigate to try to find evidence that would constitute a charge of human trafficking against the couple.

Guaranteed high ranking police and/or government officials are involved.

These things just don't operate more than a couple of days without them involved and making large amounts of cash.

Oh, photo wasn't of board meeting?

It's nice to see some laws making it out of the closet. They have been neglected so long, they probably can't even walk straight. Well, chin up for now, you all know where you'll end up again anyhow...

soon to be investigated who initiated this investigation and then divulged confidential information

joking aside, for every pimp behind a forced sex worker going to jail for a considerable period of time, my respect for the investigators is going up .
