tonray Posted February 7, 2018 Share Posted February 7, 2018 I don't know about Hat Yai Supermarkets but all the usual suspects (Fresh Market/Tops/Villa/Foodland) in BKK carry OTOP Virgin coconut oil sized both for cooking or cosmetic use at a reasonable price. phuketsub Posted May 4, 2018 Author Share Posted May 4, 2018 I finally got to check that place out yesterday. It is convenient to the Immy office, just a few clicks west. The store had a wide selection of coconut oils, but none were cheaper than you can get them online. The staff all behaved as if they really didn't want to be there. I was also in the market for real coffee. They only had Doi Thung, which was way overpriced. I don't understand why there is no place in Hat Yai to buy cheap coffee beans like they have in Phuket.
