The cops get these people fine them and do this that showing up holding the law and making money of coarse and when a pick- up in ubon the other day ran a red light and nearly killed 2 motor bike riders and he did not even get fined What is more important? Snowden's escape from USA and protected in Russia happened mainly because Russia could benefit from Snowdens information which is not the case here with Rybka - if she really has firm proof as she indicates about a claimed Russian interference during the election in USA which again may have led to Trumps victory over Clinton means she is a real threat not only against Russia, BUT also a real threat against the present government of the United States... If so, then she is on her way to put herself at a very high risk to be involved in a serious accident or just disappear so for me its not clear at all what she actually believe she can achieve through such a move - the motiviation may be money based on a toxic coctail containing a mix of revenge and gread which historically have a rather low probability to succeed..... Independent whether her motivation is money, a short time of fame, a childish behaviour for not been helped as expected by her important contacts or in a combination it will be interesting to follow the development of the case (if any)....
