Sanook reported on a touching story about a couple's love despite tragic circumstances.

Chokchai or "Nai Pho" was diagnosed with cancer of the eye in 2016 and was given just 4-6 months to live.

His girlfriend Atittaya Chumkaew or Benz vowed never to leave him. She had met him while she was still in the last year of high school.

At first Pho said that he had a tumor in his left eye. Benz didn't know that it was cancer until his mother revealed the sad news.

But as his conditioned worsened she still refused to leave his side.

After a spell of radiotherapy Pho decided to stop having treatment and look after himself. Doctors gave him less than half a year.

But two years later his is still alive though terribly disfigured as was shown in pictures on Facebook.

Due to facial swelling he has difficulty breathing and even speaking.

Benz posted that this was their third anniversary of meeting. She vowed to never leave his side no matter what.

Confounding doctors the couple have put down Pho's long survival to their love and the support of family and friends.

Why cynicism, just shows that Thai females like other females world wide can love and are not all for rent and available for money like many guys here on the forum seem to think.

A tragic story, but revives my faith women can genuinely love with compassion and support.

:crying:

Millions of people can genuinely love.

What kind of people do you associate with?

JESUS alone can make him healthy and he will do it

So why oh why didnt that guy you just mentioned, not do it? Rather, he allowed that poor guy to suffer? Does that poor , suffering man's condition give him some of of pleasure? Pray, tell us my sweet love. I heard from my friends that this guy's dad also gave you a brain, or so it seems. Why aren't you using it, Fabs?

He's likely a buddhist.

No hope then, he should convert asap, no doubt within minutes he'd be looking like his former handsum self. Just don't forget to pay the taxes to the church.

Normal English, Australian, American, Asian, and various other nationalities....

What kind of people do you associate with?

And what are you trying to insinuate exactly?

I don't suffer fools gladly...

The odd quack should be a higher priority IMO.

I hope they are able to assist in some way, and that the couple have a brighter future.

If you feel even the slightest bit of cynicism about this story then yes it's probably better that you have nothing further to say

championship heartwarming story; kudos to TV for publishing it

You are  not  allowed to criticize TV's choice of content in a  derogatory way so all stories are good, kind  of like the Emperor's new  clothes or the Royal Family.

Nice to see the usual TV slanging match prevails despite the topic content.

What a bunch of losers some of you are.

Everyone on the internet is awesome. You should know that. Just like society.

Clearly you will understand the value of minutes once something like this happens to you. Wishing everyday a miracle will happen.
