geovalin Posted March 16, 2018 Share Posted March 16, 2018 A 36-year-old Singaporean man was killed on Sunday in a traffic accident in Cambodia's Kandal province, which is next to the capital Phnom Penh. Mr Sam Chan Kwong Kit had been involved in a collision while riding a scooter in Ponhea Lueu district, according to the Cambodian police. Mr Chan, who was wearing a helmet at the time of the incident, died on the way to hospital.
