talberry2 Posted March 20, 2018 Share Posted March 20, 2018 I've been doing some research about what kind of parrot bird I could get (reasonably priced, that is quiet enough for a condo, and is also legal). Any suggestions? Parrots I've researched up and found make good pets are Senegals, parakeets (aka budgies), and cockatiels. Are there others? Are any of these illegal? And where can I get one legally if they are? I don't want to buy a 'black market' parrot that ends up being visited by police who decide to take it...
