Time to start hunting the on-line sellers I'm afraid.

Do try the reset procedure one more time, you never know.

Did the reset 3 times last night, so I think we can be sure that doesn't fix it.

Any suggestions what I should look for? Some keywords?

Please observe this control is not using solid state component to switch load it has miniature relay for each channel.

I have many of these cheap module at my trash box.

Design of circuit is very poor and why I make suggestion to use a better product ... China market remote modules are not bad but maybe need separate 12v power for electronics -> better for your applications.

I just put "remote control switch 220v" into aliExpress and got 15,000 hits

Adding "4 way" got it to a more manageable 150

Would this be suitable for my application?

Any idea why the contactor doesn't engage when I connected the lamp to A1 and A2?

That should be a drop-in replacement for your existing unit.

The contactor didn't close because you removed the supply to its coil (the wires you disconnected).

So the lamp, or in this case the waterfall pump, connects to T1 and T2?
