Southern Exposure Posted March 23, 2018 Share Posted March 23, 2018 Hello all, looking for a 6 or 12 month rental on a 2-3 Bedroom house or condo close to Hat Yai as the wife has ongoing business commitments there. We are currently living in Sadao, and wish to find a suitable property in the next few weeks. The urgency is due to having to enrol or 2 children in a new school before the start of the new term. I am Australian and the wife is Southern Thai. The Basic requirements are; 6 to 12 month lease with option of a further 6 months minimum 2 to 3 bedroom some form of off street parking Hat Yai or Songkhla city ability to have fibre connected And the property in good condition. We have our own white goods and furnishings but would be prepared to look at furnished premises. Not looking to outlay a fortune in rent, but again, will look at any realistic offers.
