I do it...went from 97 k to 75 in 9 months.44 waist to 34 Also did some swimming and walking. I also try the daily 16 hour fast...sleep for 8 hours then not eat until after 8 hours....You tube Dr Fong on the latter. Fast but eat fat when you do eat.

I am an advocate of the WFPB (Whole Food Plant Based) lifestyle.  I believe this is the best way to lose weight, get healthy, and stop letting doctors hurt you with big Pharma "medicine".  If the TED talks pique your interest, there are many resources on the net to help you make the transition to a WFPB lifestyle.
