susanschwaiger Posted April 7, 2018 Share Posted April 7, 2018 Hallo! My flight is tomorrow (Monday) 11AM from BKK, international flight. If the taxi starts 7:00AM, will there be enough time ? I remember last year April 1st, Saturday, xaxi started 8am, only tool 1 hour 20 min on road. But it was so crowed inside airport and the time was quite tight for all the procedures. Am curious about the situation recently. Anyone has experience recently ? PS: Since I've been in Thailand for 7 years, I always used this flight at 11AM, always started home 8AM. Never had any problem, sometimes it took only 30 min for all the airport procedures. But the experience of last April did make me a bit unsure :))) Thanks! newnative Posted April 8, 2018 Share Posted April 8, 2018 More often than not, it seems, when I leave plenty of time everything goes well--taxi arrives on time, no traffic delays, short lines at check-in, and so on. When I don't give myself enough time and try to cut it close, everything that can go wrong does. Good advice from the other posters to arrive early--flying these days is hectic enough without adding the stress of possibly missing your flight.
