notrub Posted April 9, 2018 Share Posted April 9, 2018 Good morning, We have 2 Samsung pro 7 2018 models and both have problems registering photos on the camera memory and on the SD card too. I have tried reformating the sd card and that worked for a while. I have been to the samsung shop but they have not solved the problem. Some pictures register and some do not both with the samsung camera app and the open camera app. Also some register on the internal memory and on the SD card and some do not. Any ideas please?
