If it is an everyday bag (not leather) then there are a couple of sewing ladies in Soi Banzaan who will do something like that for your, however if it is leather and a more substantial repair is needed, then there is a guy in Pisitkoranee Road, called Mr Repair, who seems to repair just about anything. This road is the road which heads north out of Nanai, heading towards the Wat and it is a few hundred yards up on the right-hand side, just after a sharp left-hand bend and before what was Montes restaurant.
