fondue zoo
Do visa exemptions by air reset in the same manner that land border crossings do, per calendar year? The 2 exemptions per year via land is clear but it has been mentioned a few times that by air the "limit" is 6. ubonjoe
There is no written limit for visa exempt entries by air. The 6 mentioned is only a alert that the officer gets. It is meant to inform them they should check whether they were back to back entries to determine if a person is trying to live here on them. The alert goes on forever as far as I know. fondue zoo
Do they count all the exemptions together, land and air, towards the 6th trigger? Or is it six by air only to get the alert?
ubonjoe
It is a total of all visa exempt entries done since early 2015.
