Simpsonday Posted May 30, 2018 Share Posted May 30, 2018 Hello, I have a question about the line on the form that asks about "kind of visa". She got a 30 day exemption stamp when she arrived in BKK and wants to extend for another 30 days. I am just not sure what to put and any examples I found on the net didn't help. I have also read that the copies of her arrival stamp, passport info page and TM6 need to be signed and have a phone number. Some posts say yes, others have not said anything about it.
