fullcave
What are the odds of this happening in Pattaya, one in a million? Most would keep the money and then go to the temple and thank the lucky spirits for their good fortune.
manchega
because in los even the police are honest, not just taxi drivers? perhaps it is time for a junta to fake a story and pretend to be honest like the watch blokey

KKr
this wonderful news surely outweighs the petty news about getting a gun pointed at you for driving faster by a person that apparently gets away with possession of and using a gun in public after talking to the police. Sydebolle
No wonder the boys in brown were all smiles. Even the Chinaman was smiling until he was told, that guiding tours is a profession prohibited by alien (like ever non-Thai) according to the Alien Business Law. He then - most likely - had to fork over some of the regained funds - to the smiles of the BiB.

mikebell
There's not much good news coming out of Pattaya police station. Today there's a story of a drunken cop threatening a member of the public. Last week a woman was extorted and fondled by a cop INSIDE the police station. No wonder this story needed inventing.
