webfact
10th rabies victim in Rayong dies By The Nation A 10th person has died with rabies in Rayong, Disease Control Department director-general Suwanchai Watanayingcharoenchai said on Wednesday. Suwanchai said the 59-year-old man died on Tuesday after being bitten by his own dog in March. The disease control chief said most of the rabies victims ignored calls to receive rabies shots after they were bitten by their own pets or some had not received the full dose of the vaccine. The Livestock Development Department has announced that it is still in the process of cooperating with administrations nationwide to give rabies shots to some 10 million stray and pet dogs and cats. quandow
If it were the DOGS getting infected from PEOPLE biting THEM, then the outrage would be boiling over!
Lupatria
Remember the big placards at veterinary clinics years ago saying: "Welcome Australian Pet Lovers" It was a more or less hidden way to announce they sell Nembutal. They probably ran out of stock.
