poanoi Posted June 29, 2018 Share Posted June 29, 2018 i started on a new dnp sweat course, and initially i lost the usual 0.5 kg/day, but now it has come to almost a full stop. i know its not a reduced dose because i struggle to breath even when i do nothing but sleep. only difference i can think of is, i added ruffly 4 apples & 3 fruit shakes a day, but can that really be enough to negate the omnipotent dnp ? the reasons i'm adding fruits is, its supposedly good to eat extra vitamin c on dnp, and secondly, there is hardly any drink left i feel like drinking, only things left being fruit shakes & cranberry juice, and like apples it truly help quell thirst Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
