However FIFA itself was rotten to the core and whilst some of the main corrupt FIFA members have publicly been rooted out I suspect that , just like Thai politics, the corruption is deeply rooted and to a degree still ongoing. I mean to say that USA referee for the Eng v Columbia match, what a joker ! Firstly any connection between the US and football is purely a coincidence and we all know how the US funded the Contras, which may explain why he did not red card at least 3 Colombians. As for the Russian v Croatia tomorrow night then that will be refereed by the Brazillian Sandro Ricci who also officiated for the Croatia v Nigeria game !!!!!
