You have a Non Imm O-A multi entry Visa, correct?

You do not have to do border runs, you can report to your local Immigration office every 90 days.

(You can make your report up to 15 days before, or 7 days after the due date).

If this is your first visit to Immigration, I suggest you take;

Passport.

Copy of photo/information page.

Copy of Non Imm O-A Visa

Copy of Entry stamp.

TM6 Departure card.

Copy of TM6.

Proof of address, such as a rental agreement, signed copies of landlords Tabien Baan and ID card.

The Non Imm O-A Visa allows multiple entries, with each entry giving permission to stay for one year during the validity of the Visa.

If you exit/re-enter Thailand just before expiry of the Visa (enter before date) you'll be stamped with another 1 year permission to stay (2nd year)..

However the multi entry facility also ends on expiry of the Visa, so you must purchase a re=entry permit if you intend to leave/return to Thailand in that 2nd year.
