2008bangkok
I have been using Dtac for last 7 yrs, i don't rate there 4g speeds at all, went up to Mukdahan last week on a bus and internet was constantly turning off, very slow, buffering etc. So i thinking of trying either AIS or True but not even sure if they are any better tbh. Gonna do it today if i do it as new bill cycle is starts 2mw.
mtls2005
Easy enough to experiement...49 baht for a SIM, 49 baht for a daily plan. When you're not on a moving bus traveling through some rural parts of Thailand have you generally been happy with the speeds? I think a lot depends on the location, density, time of day, etc. Personally, I get decent speeds with DTAC in Bangkok...

Formaleins
Chiang Mai city will give you acceptable 4G speeds, 10-15km south and it is none existent, so it is very subjective.
