tahini is available at foodland sukh soi 5 in BKK so must be available in Pattaya, someone should be along soon to confirm...very expensive at foodland, 300+ baht for a 12oz jar...

easy enough to make, google for recipes, just toasted sesame seeds and olive oil in a blender, plenty of both around and not expensive...the trick is to not burn the seeds when toasting...made some a couple of times already...tahini sauce dressing is also quite good, I useta make it alot in the ME where packaged tahini is plentiful and cheap, put it on everything, salads, steamed veg, etc...always kept some on the go in the fridge...

shredded roast chicken with salad with good dollop of tahini dressing rolled up in fresh arabic bread...eat-em-up and mmm, mmm gooood...
