kane666 Posted July 23, 2018 Share Posted July 23, 2018 My Non Imm B and WP both expire 31/8/2018 so with a month to go I am just trying to get my head around what exactly I need to do. Am I applying for a brand new Non Imm B with basically the same paperwork requirements as the original app or an extension (TM7)? Thanks in advance. ubonjoe Posted July 23, 2018 Share Posted July 23, 2018 If you already have an extension of stay you will apply for a new one using a TM7 form. With the TM7 will I need to show all the documents such as company tax return, personal tax return (form 91), company registrations etc etc or are they requirements for the WP extension?
