There are some "conditional" areas of investment for foreigners which affect national interests (defence, security, banking, etc.) but none that are prohibited. "In general" foreigners can own a business 100%, and without the need for loopholes. However there are some certain restrictions on a few (not in general which implies a majority) businesses.
