crutchy26
Hope the Au Embassy staff have a most pleasant stay, and compile their claim forms for travel & expenses. Heaven forbid if they have to do any 'work'. Can't have any breaking in tradition on these rorts!

Not sure where your thinking is A bit disappointing to hear this statement We are lucky they come up If they did not we would have to travel to Bangkok This would cost us more money Plus we are lucky they now come up more often Than they used to come up I doubt that they would rort on such a small outreach visit After all they are here for such a small time Most of the costs would be paid by the Embassy This is not a normal overnight stay from Bangkok IMHO
crutchy26
Why do they only do CM. Why not Khon Kaen & other larger centres.. RORT: The practice of government employees sucking the system, for all they CAN. What are the chances that their housing is subsidised? Travel money? Posh hotels...…….gimme a break

A return flight to Bangkok when "specials" were not on , a night out with former colleagues until 3am and a terrible "Chang draught " hangover when now I could just roll up in CM at maybe a cost of a coffee.
