Juan B Tong
It is a barge. raft1 raft/ noun 1. a flat buoyant structure of timber or other materials fastened together, used as a boat or floating platform
Tchooptip
Everything that floats is dangerous when there are no sailors who are in charge, and yes even in fresh water. For example, I have seen how even some big boat owners have no idea of the importance of thru-hulls and never check them in case they must be changed by new ones.
