Two Israeli men will spend the next 25 years in a Thai jail after being found guilty of murdering a fellow Israeli on Koh Samui in January.

On Monday a Thai court sentenced Eyal Bokel and Dolev Zuarez to twenty five years in prison for murdering Maor Malul.

All of the men are said to have criminal links in their homeland, with Eyal Bokel the brother of Baruch Bokel who reportedly heads a major crime syndicate in Israel.

The two men ran over Malul before stabbing him multiple times in the shocking broad daylight attack which was captured on CCTV.

Footage showed the suspects driving an SUV to run over Maor Malul, 34 and his girlfriend Rashel Oshana, who were riding on a motorcycle on Chaweng Beach-Ban Choeng Mon Road in front of Samui International Hospital.

Mallil is then seen trying to assist his girlfriend with the help of his friend riding another motorbike when the SUV reversed and hit him again.

Then the two suspects got out of the SUV and stabbed Malul repeatedly before speeding off.

The victim was pronounced dead at a hospital while his girlfriend was seriously injured.

The men then fled Koh Samui but were arrested at Don Mueang later that day after arriving on a Thai Lion Air flight from Surat Thani.

The murder of Malul was believed to be in response to an ongoing gangland feud, which included the attempted murder of Baruch Bokel by Malul and another man in 2015.

According to media in Israel, Malul and accomplice Ron Shevach knocked Bokel off his motorbike as he headed home.

Malul was driving the vehicle that hit Bokel, while a masked Shevach got out of the car and shot Bokel in the left thigh. Despite being shot he managed to wrestle the gun from Shevach and remove his mask.

The pair fled and Bokel managed to make his way to hospital for treatment.

This attack came just two months after Malul’s brother was shot dead.

My money is on them being in Israel in a short time after certain funds are paid into certain accounts......

Interesting to see how fast they bring farangs to court about murder. But Thais who kill farangs still ran around free and no investigation. The Thais who killed the german some years ago still never brought to court!!! Unbelievable!!!

They will serve a good % of their sentence here and when they qualify for the prisoner exchange program, they will be transfered to Israel to finish off the sentence...but that won't be for like 17 years or so (not sure exactly how they have to serve here but could be as much as 75% of the sentence). Then, when they go back to Israel, they will be charged for their misdeeds there too...just wasted your lives morons.
