Fact is that Thaksin is still in control of the PT party. So you are saying that Thaksin didn't steal billions from the state coffers? Thaksin made his money BEFORE entering politics. Once in politics, his wealth increased, but the increase was less than the SET's increase over the same period (i.e. he underperformed compared to the the market).
