I think they come from Japan. You want convection 300c and up for minimum temp. The ovens do a lot of other things. Those are table top ones and I think will fit a pizza stone but check the internal size. Stones are available at Lazada or you could cut one down with a tile cutting saw I think. Home pro may have bigger ovens that are built in but I don't have any experience with those because I wanted an oven that would also function as a proof box for baking and a proof box needs steam at a low temp.
