School directors have immunity. Directors are only there to collect bribes and steal funding for school lunches and anything else they can get their hands on. Depending on the severity of the situation the school head may also face a range of disciplinary actions. If it's a private school then it gets fined and closed down, and the owners face legal proceedings. This information is based on cases over the last 18 months.
