I think you are right, the busiest place ends up being when they start having Sat night market out the front of the mall, Central, the avenue , all do it.

A welcome addition for me. Cinemas are nearer to my home, some new restaurants to try out.

A lot of what was there before was shabby and tired.  Kiss moved on to a shinier new place up Naklua Road.

big shopping malls = lotsa walking so it aint for me,

but i hope bangkok & north pattaya traffic-ants

keep to 21 instead of clutter up south pattaya even more

I wonder if the new mall with all the new restaurants is going to mean at least a temporary drop in business at pretty much all the other restaurants in town?
