Ahead of the Cabinet retreat, taking place in two provinces of the northern region, the Office of the Permanent Secretary to the Prime Minister’s Office has held a video conference with Damrongtham Centers, preparing them to field complaints and grievances from the public. One center for receiving complaints has been setup at the Prachakom Pavilion of Phayao province. In Chiang Rai, complaints can today (October 29) be handed in at Mae Korn District Administration and tomorrow (October 30) at Rajabhat Chiang Rai University. Adviser to the Office of the Permanent Secretary to the Prime Minister’s Office Sompas Nilphan assured that all complaints will reach the Prime Minister as there is no policy to limit the airing of grievances and the government wishes to fix or answer any issues as soon as possible. -- nnt 2018-10-

Assuming of course the 'censor' allows all the complaints through, for the 'government' to comment on. I'm sure the shortest grievance will be the one with one word on them: Resign.
