Isan Farang
My 90 day report is on 25th Dec. Would someone know if I can make the report before the 25th as I wish to head to Chiang Rai as early as possible on December. My other option is to report on the 2nd Jan 19 as the office will be on holiday I presume 31 Dec 18 & 01 Jan 19 Would this be ok for the grace period allowed.

Report in person can be done 15 days "before" due date. "Before" includes due date. So in your case December 11 is the first day to do the report. Jan 2 is late. There is no extension of grace period due to holidays. Of course most offices accept report by postal mail (only copies to be sent). The report doesn’t become overdue/late until Jan 1st.
