I bought the car from the Nissan dealership this year through the help of a Thai friend so the car is in his name but I made an initial down payment of 150,000 baht and have been making the payments monthly on a 3 year payment plan. What I want to know is how can I sell the car in Thailand in this situation? My Thai friend is a younger guy so he also isn't familiar with the process of selling a car either.
