Those houses are built over a swampy area. In fact the whole of the end of Sukhumvit 101 used to be a swamp. I saw that project from the very beginning until the houses went on the market. The houses seemed to go up extraordinarily fast and the build did not seem particularly impressive, although the entrance and the sports facility look nice enough. Most of the houses are 3 storey and cover only a small area with very little in the way of a garden. For the price of those houses you could get a really nice detached house with large garden further out in the suburbs. On top of that, in the morning the traffic is backed up in that soi and it can easily take half an hour from that development to the mouth of the soi in a car (about 2km). The only really redeeming factor is that there are plenty of soi motorbike taxis and Punnawitthi station at the mouth of the soi. However, if you are paying 25 million for a 3 storey shoe box, you can be pretty sure that the owners are unlikely to be seen dead on the back of a soi motorbike or for that matter traveling by BTS.

same here. 13 years and no problems. Thailand is no different from any other country, you get what you pay for!

This house has cost 25 million Baht.

How many millions or billions would one need to spend on a house to live in a mold free environment?

i have not mentioned anything about 24/7 airconditioning... even though i prefer it that way.

Yes. But, if you switch on the AC only for a couple of hours per day, would it prevent mold from forming or would it make it worse?

I know very well in tropical climates there are millions of houses that dont have mold and also no AC. This mold problem is absolutely not related to AC - consult a specialist, and they will enlighten you on this problem.

So... THATS a FACT! ????

Why do so many TVF members insult this lady who got played out in a house deal?

How many of these smart people who are throwing insults have even seen 25 million Bahts in their dreams?

Disgusting, isn't it? Can you admit it?
