Don't do anything 02-04 and 32-34 past the hour ! ridiculous state of affairs but let me know how you get on ?

 

I have tried this on the half hour and it affects me from about 31 to 35 minutes past the hour but I keep forgetting about the time after the hour.

 

Also the little widget that takes me back to the top of the page has disappeared once again.

Some of the add-ons of the forum have been disabled in order to get to the root of the current issues. The problem is being worked on by both our technical staff and "Invisions" (the software creators).

 

Its a "work in progress" and they continue to work toward a solution.

It would probably be more effective to delete the ads for old topics that appear at the RHS and bottom of the page. I've no idea what their purpose is.

 

Personally I think that the problem revolves around the number of Mb's per page, making them slow and glitchy. Real solution is more server capacity, but that costs money. Hmmmm…..

Shame that someone with a title as tech doctor can't figure out what exactly happens at those particular time each hour of the day.

Well as I have nothing to compare it with, it may well be that this is fairly common with many other websites?? Maybe other websites have similar problems but operate more efficiently........??

It's time the owners paid for GOOD IT staff to either sort out the problems, or replace the entire system currently being used.

The widget has come back but the underlying problem still remains.

 

Of course we punters are left in the dark about the status of the site even after a week.

I have  several sites to compare it with as most do and the problem is here. 

A non IT person does not have to understand Con Queso but the so called techs at thaivisa should. Actually its high time to fire then and do some headhunting at the other forums that do not have intermittent problems and counting.
