CHAI NAT — As buffaloes Kwan Kao and Toong-nguen were loaded onto a truck Sunday to be sold, Tongkum and the other kwai surrounded the vehicle, mooing in mourning. Surat Phaeoket, the farmer who had been caring for five – now three – buffaloes and recently became an online sensation for his warm selfies with the animals, said he had to run after Tongkum and hold him back with tears in his eyes. He’s now asking the internet for help to purchase the photogenic kwai. Juan B Tong
Why not just tell his sister's (or wife's) to explain the situation to her foreign boyfriend? I've paid for more than one buffalo, albeit a piece at a time.
webfact
Internet Saves Beautiful Man-Buffalo Friendship By Asaree Thaitrakulpanich, Staff Reporter Photo: Surat Phaeoket / Facebook CHAI NAT — Beneath all its crust and saltiness, the internet proved it has a heart in recent days by helping a rural farmer to buy a beloved buffalo he was about to lose. In under three days, online donors sent over 135,000 baht to Surat Phaeoket – a father of two who earns only 6,000 baht a month – to make Tongkum the buffalo his forever friend. The two went viral last week for smiling and cavorting together in selfies evoking pastoral bliss. Justgrazing
So if Kao Him is preggers then can we expect Tongkum to get smashed on Lao Khao before laying into Permpoon for doing his bird ( so to speak ) .. Can't wait for fb updates of him chowing fodder and having a pony .. And don't put anything up of 'em at it lest you want the wrong sort of following ..
