It compared that to how lightly Maguire has got off. Maguire has been found guilty of a serious offence, lied to everyone including the England manager and now wants us to believe that “If anything, myself, family and friends are the victim”. His job isn't to represent depressed West Ham fans starved of anything approaching success, and relying on England to offer them some kind of happiness.
