British Airways Food Out Of Bkk

Down the back of the plane, in cattle class, the passengers were trying to cut through a tough piece of water buffalo with their plastic knives and forks.

It was most difficult to get a fork full of food into your mouth because the elbow of the fat lady sitting next to you, is bumping against your nose.

The coffee is luke warm, the bread roll is stale and the little knob of butter doesn't cover it, the cheap bottle of red tastes worse from tiny plastic cups, the awful sweets are made in Thailand. Thais have no idea how to make a good apple pie....and before you have finished this meal, the fat lady wants to go to the toilet and expects you to move immediately and let her out.

....then, try and get the stewards to bring you a another beer. :o

Maybe one day, I'll be lucky enough to get up graded.

On the BA flight from BKK to LHR the meal was pretty decent.

Main course overloaded and poor presentation.

Yes, it looks like it was 'buffet style', but maybe the air host(ess) loaded up the plate for the OP?

TG's long-haul intercontinental first class service allows you to pre-select meals from a list of 22 items, much like SQ's "Book-the-Cook" amenity.

Sure, this is C-class where you tell the air host(ess) what and how much you want.

Just been last month on BA from SYD to BKK all the way back in economy with family (3 pax).

Don't recall the food, means for sure it was nothing to write home about, neither to complain.
