I will be spending 1 night there on the way up to Chiang Mai. Our Hotel is located close to the Clock Tower. I normally just go out of the hotel and have a look around. For Just 1 night Phitsanulok is a big place, bars / restaurants all much of a muchness the usual cheap place and more expensive places I would ask and look locally close to the hotel if the hotel has no restaurant.
