geisha
Hi, I’ve bought some Lactose free milk to try with my cereals. The package is white and has Essentially written on the top. It is low fat. It tastes nothing like real milk ( i drink it all the time in Europe as I’m avoiding suger). Its a real beige colour too. Can’t read Thai so can anyone tell me why it isn’t like regular lactose free milk, and where can I get the normal one. Thanks. I like the soja milks here but far too much suger in them. mogandave
I'm shocked, you mean you take the milk out of milk and it doesn't taste like milk? Are you lactose intolerant?
Bill Miller
Look for mMilk brand lactose free. Light brown label on a square bottle.. I tried it once (not lactose intolerant) and thought it was OK. I have seen it at Tesco Lotus and Big C. geisha
HI, i have just found out that the tetra pack Essentially brand lactose free milk, is not cows milk, even tho there’s a cow on the package, but tofu milk !!! That’s why the strange colour and taste. how can they do this ? I can’t download a photo but if anyone’s interested Google “Essentially “ Lactose free milk 100%, white pack blue writing. It’s so ridiculous that I’m wondering if the Thai who told me read it properly? It does explain the colour and taste tho. Ihave now bought the Meiji brand, and yes, I’m lactose intolerant.
