Yesterday a driver refused to take us from Rachada to Victory monument, after we had got in. This was because he had shorts on and was afraid he'd get stopped and fined. After both barrels from the mrs who told him he should be dressed properly before he leaves home he did take us but still would not go the full distance, which was OK as it turned out. I rarely see a driver dressed the way they should be anyway, they would not last long driving in Tokyo!
