AussieRules Posted December 21, 2018 Share Posted December 21, 2018 Not sure if Semolina "Flour" is the correct vernacular, but back in farangland I've been making Pizza Dough with an 80/20 00 Flour/Semolina mix. Flour isn't easy to come by in BKK/Rangsit but I have found some, anybody know where I can track down the semolina in this area. I'm not after wholesale. Or anybody suggest an alternative.
